Questions about the project
Iris: What is ByteNext? Can you share with us more in detail?
Vernon: ByteNext is a technology company established in Singapore with a sister office in Vietnam. ByteNext focuses on creating ecosystems including many DAPPs with the aim of solving life problems by applying blockchain technology to it. Currently, we are focuses all our efforts on our project, AvatarArt
Iris: What triggers you to launch ByteNext? What are some of the real-world problems/ pain points that ByteNext aims to solve?
Vernon: Looking at our currently project, AvatarArt, we are currently aiming to solve the following pain points.
- The issue of NFT being popular but still relatively inaccessible and foregin to non-tech/crypto savvy people
- NFT is largely populated with only digital arts and the price tags of which are unbelievable with no real means to prove the cost
- Traditional auction houses that trade in physical art are all but dead due to Covid, even before COVID, they were mainly “invite only” and out of reach to the masses
- The process to conduct due diligence and hosting auctions takes a lot of time and wastes a lot of money.
Iris: awesome! these are indeed urgent needs for NFTs
Iris: What are some of the challenges that ByteNext currently faces? How do you aim to solve them?
Vernon: As of now, we are trying to spread the word about what ByteNext is doing through AvatarArt. Due to Covid, we are unable to really meet people and host physical events and that is really a big issue.
We are solving this issue through online meetings and planning on hosting virtual events and fairs.
Iris: Let’s hope this Covid goes away soon! I’m sure people are looking forward to taking part in these physical events🔥
Iris: Are there any exciting news or updates with regards to ByteNext that you would like to share with the users?
Vernon: Yes! While we have already completed our IDO with BSC station in June thus year, we are please to announce that we will be listing on MEXC Exchange soon! Looking forward to a spike in our token price!
Iris: Awesome! There will be a Deposit and Trading Contest on MEXC with a total of 34,000 BNU prize pool!

Iris: If you were to summarize your project in ONE word, what would it be? Why?
Vernon: I am really struggling with this question as many things and signify and summarize AvatarArt, but the ONE word I will choose is ART.
Vernon: Because we are heavily focusing on the art industry and therefore it signifies our vision and purpose, giving us the drive to build AvatarArt for the correctly for the users.
Q1: How do you plan to spread awareness about your project in different African countries where English is not spoken well? Do you have local communities for them to let them better understand about your project?
Vernon: Great question on language barriers. We do aim for a global penetration and therefore, will need to localize to be accepted in countries that do not speak English primarily.
As shared, my main team is in Vietnam and they definitely do not speak English, so it is safe to say that we have the experience with working towards a platform that is user friendly to anyone. We aim to work with KOLs and art experts in those countries to understand and adapt accordingly.
Q2. “Staking” is one of the strategies to attract users and achieve mass adoption. Does your project have plans on staking?
Vernon: Indeed! We are coming up with a very interesting staking program whereby token holders will have the chance to stake BNU to earn NFT of rare artworks. Aside from that, our holders can also win placement spaces in our 3D virtual reality exhibitions. We will be releasing more information soon!
Q3. Recently there have been artists complaining about their work having been “minted” into NFTs and offered for sale without their permission. How do you ensure that this won’t happen in ByteNext?
Vernon: Indeed there is a security risk to the ownership of art pieces, that’s why for AvatarArt, we focus on only accepting physical artworks as we are able to ensure that there is one true master copy. We are working with art experts and legal teams to create a robust due diligence process to ensure that the art work belongs to whoever submits it to our platform.
